Email newsletter
Everyone needs a newsletter. That’s a marketing hill I’m willing to die on.
Sure, a lot of emails end up in spam or get deleted quickly—but newsletters are still one of the cheapest and most effective ways to directly engage with your audience.
Your email newsletter should go out to your contact list—current, former, and potential clients, business connections, even acquaintances. These people are your low-hanging fruit. You already have a relationship with them, so why not stay top of mind?
Too often in marketing, we chase brand-new leads and overlook the people who already know, like, and trust us.
The last thing you want is to find out that a former client—who you did great work for—hired your competitor simply because they forgot what you do or, worse, couldn’t remember your name.
That’s why everyone needs an email newsletter. Here’s an example I created for a law firm client.
